EDPA is registered in England & Wales and was founded by Gerad Fitzalbert Barclay, who still owns 100% of the shares.

After a successful career with FTSE 100 companies in London, Barclay left the corporate world in 2005 and helped build a smaller company's sales and profits to the point where it floated on the London Stock Exchange.

He then turned his attention to online retailing, and in January 2007 took on a baby products online retailer that had just come onto the market.
